Our classes are always very small. For language classes, max class size is 10 students, but most classes average around 4 – 6.

The best of the best, of course. All our instructors are experienced tutors and Italian mother tongue. Most of our instructors were born and raised in the ‘Bel Paese’ of Italy. Some instructors are Italian-American with a University degree or PhD in Italian.

Collina Italiana does not offer prorated rates for group courses under any circumstances, except for first-time students.

All returning students are responsible for the full cost of the course, regardless of attendance, late enrollment, or missed classes.

This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all participants and supports the integrity of our group learning experience.

Your teacher will email you the material they covered in class, so you will always know what’s going on even if you were not there.

If you pay the course in full, we are happy to offer you 1 private make-up class per course for $55/h, instead of $90/h. Additional ones, would be $90/h.

You can find descriptions of each level under Adult -> Group Classes.

Please take our online placement test! Please note that the placement test is a multiple-choice exam, and sometimes the results may not be entirely accurate. Always review the course descriptions to help make your decision, or feel free to send us an email. Here is the placement test: https://collinaitaliana.com/quiz/italian-test/

If you have further questions, we are happy to help you figure it out! Just give us a quick call at (212).427.7770 or send us an email info@collinaitaliana.com.
