Lezioni di volo

Lezioni di volo

November 18th

Saturday, 3-5pm

Join us for a special reading of the bilingual children’s book, Lezioni di volo, with author, Eleonora Romaniello!

We will hear the story of Louis, a young robin, who decides to give up after failing to fly for the first time. Thanks to the love and support of his family and friends, Louis will muster up the courage to try again. Lezioni di volo is a heartwarming story about never giving up in the face of obstacles, fears, and doubts!

The workshop will also include fun games and arts-and-crafts related to Louis, our lovely little robin friend.

About the author:
Ciao! I’m Eleonora, mother of two beautiful girls, Vittoria and Vivian. I was born and raised in Florence, Italy, and have been living in New Jersey with my family since 2018.
I’ve always had a passion for writing stories for children, and during my maternity leave, I found the courage to try this new adventure! I created this bilingual book with the goal of helping multicultural families like mine introduce a second language to children at a very young age!
This bilingual story is structured in such a way that the reader can learn simple words and phrases while having fun. It is a book suitable for reading both at home and at school (age 3 to 10), presenting simple language and touching on important themes such as love and courage.

Registration includes a copy of the book!
