CELI – Italian Language Exam – Adulti

The CELI – Italian Language Exam is given 3 times a year in March, June and November.

• Celi 1 – Level A2
• Celi 2 – Level B1 
• Celi 3 – Level B2
• Celi 4 – Level C1 (June and November only)
• Celi 5 – Level C2 (June and November only)

OFFICIAL LEVELS – UNIVERSITY FOR FOREIGNERS OF PERUGIA

The CELI Italian certification is also valid for admission of foreigners to Italian Universities (CELI 3 level required) and for Italian Citizenship through marriage (CELI 2 is required).

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: 40 days prior to the exam. Once we receive your payment, we will send you a copy of the University Registration Form to complete the registration process.

FEE: $295- (Exam fee + Language Center fee)

• November 11th, 2026 – Registration deadline: October 8th, 2026

TEST-DAY SCHEDULE: Students should alot a full day to take the test (9AM-4PM) although, based on enrollments, the day may end before or after then.

ATTENZIONE: The partial exam option is available only to individuals who have taken the exam within the past year and need to retake a specific portion they did not pass.

CALENDARIO ESAMI CELI

CANCELLATION POLICY: All refund requests must be submitted via email (info@collinaitaliana.com) prior to the exam registration deadline (40 days before the exam date) in order to receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable $20 cancellation fee. Once the registration deadline has passed, enrollments are confirmed by the University of Perugia and are completely non-refundable. For extenuating circumstances, please email info@collinaitaliana.com to discuss the possibility of an exception.
