The CELI certification, issued by Perugia University for Foreigners, within the ALTE (Association of Language Testers in Europe), is the Italian language passport that is recognized all over the world!
Collina Italiana is an official center for the CELI examination.
Generally, the study program for CELI private classes consists of exam-taking techniques through simulations and reviews of grammar, sentence structures and vocabulary.
Adolescents and adults can schedule one on one lessons at their convenience and reschedule them if needed. Teachers recommend books for self study and any extra material students may use to practice.
Lessons are customized, with the pace tailored to the student and the preparation based on the exam level (mock tests and or CELI-specific textbooks) they are taking—plus additional support if needed or requested.
Moreover, if you prefer studying with other people, group classes are available for adults: we offer Grammar and Conversation courses as well as Conversation only courses from Level A0 to C2.
Group classes do not include preparation using official exam mock tests or CELI-specific textbooks.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AND CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM
CELI Prep Private Classes provide targeted exam preparation through practice tests, exam simulations, and focused review of grammar, sentence structure, and vocabulary.
Each student’s preparation is customized to their goals and timeline, with lessons aligned to their target exam date.

Cancellations and/or schedule changes must be made to Collina Italiana via email at least 24-hours before a lesson in order to keep said lesson. Otherwise, the class will be counted as “completed” and can no longer be made-up.
COURSES ARE 10 WEEKS FOR EACH LEVEL A0-C2
These courses are designed for students who want to build their Italian skills and progress through the levels toward the proficiency required for their desired exam.
Classes focus on language development and do not include exam-specific preparation.

Collina Italiana does not prorate for anticipated absences. Adult group class students are able to schedule a 1-hour private make-up lesson at the special price of $55/h. This special price applies only to one make-up class per session, any additional make-up classes cost $90/hour.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All refund requests must be submitted via email (info@collinaitaliana.com) prior to the exam registration deadline (40 days before the exam date) in order to receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable $20 cancellation fee. Once the registration deadline has passed, enrollments are confirmed by the University of Perugia and are completely non-refundable. For extenuating circumstances, please email info@collinaitaliana.com to discuss the possibility of an exception.
